TundraStop.com inspects all items for defects before shipping them out. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and ensuring that items are free from defects in materials and workmanship is a priority. However, it is the customer's responsibility to purchase the correct parts for their vehicle and handle them properly.
As soon as payment is secured, items will ship. Damaged goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! Should you return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer pays for shipping on returns. All returnable items are subect to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping is never reimbursed or credited. No parts can be returned after customer installation. All returns on credit cards pay 6% processing fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.
Damaged goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Should any damages occur, please notify UPS and the TundraStop.com returns department to receive instructions on the proper steps to promptly return and replace any damaged goods. TundraStop.com is not responsible for the improper handling or installation of parts. Nor is TundraStop.com responsible for any damage claims after 24 hours of receipt.
Currently the only forms of payment we accept are PayPal and checks through mail. Please note that checks take 3-5 business days to process after being received.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. We will not ship out items unless given a valid, physical street address. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We ship domestically to the lower 48 states. If you require shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or a location outside of the United States, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. Please feel free to ask us for a shipping quote if you require an alternate shipping method or need an item shipped to a particular location.
Customers are required to pay the appropriate sales tax on all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice
